Little Giant Side by Side couplers design to lap two tubes together. With a 7/16th bolt and dropforged flap. These are available in the South of England.

Little Giant Putlog couplers , Oyster style which are used to secure  transoms  so that boards  sit directly on the tube without rocking.These fittings are also used as joist couplers.
